The Difference Between Content Blogging and Fluff Blogging

I would like to thank you for taking time out of your busy day to absorb what I have written for you and all others like you that are looking to take your Blog writing to a different level. There are two major differences when it comes to writing and/or blogging.

When you are trying to catch a person’s attention you want to get to the point as quickly as possible. This type of writing would be classified as content writing. This type of writing would be the most effective among the two writing styles. Then there is the other type of writing that drives me absolutely bonkers. This type of writing would be classified as fluff writing and/or blogging. This type of writing drives people away from your message.

Fluff writers are writers that either don’t know what they are writing about or they are long winded writers that have no clue about writing whatsoever and don’t know how to express themselves. I have picked up and read many books that went nowhere until the last chapter of the book. I would write down that author’s name and would make it a point not to purchase anything that author remotely had anything to do with.

Who in their right mind would want to lose a few days of their life reading fluff when they could read something with informative content from the start of the book to the end of the book. The answer to this question is everyone! Everyone that is looking and searching for information would want to get the information they seek as quickly as possible. We now live in a different age than our parents did many years ago. We now live in the information area. We don’t just want information, we want it now. Understanding this fact will catapult you to a higher level of writing. You will also enjoy a broader audience by being cognizant of this fact.

Please don’t take me out of context, there are still places in this world for fluff writers. If you are finding it hard to go to sleep you may want to pick up a fluff writers book to help you fall into a coma like state. There are also other uses for the books of fluff writers; you can start large fires in your fireplace to keep you and your family warm or you can use those same books to start large bond fires at a near-by beach. Either way, these fluff books can be utilized and sold at the neighborhood rummage-sale.
